Raleigh, N.C. – James Madison softball competed in its first two games at the Wolfpack Classic on Friday morning. The team won their first game against Penn, 7-5, then picked up their second victory of the day against East Tennessee State, 5-2.

James Madison advances to 5-3 overall while Penn falls 0-1 on its season. ETSU will move to 1-10 on its season.

Rebecca Muh recorded her second win of the season in the circle for the Dukes. Muh pitched 4.1 innings, striking out one batter and only giving up two walks. Muh kept the Quakers hitless for five innings.

Alissa Humphrey both also made appearances in today's matchup. The Dukes turned to Humphrey in the last inning, when she shut down the Quakers with two strikeouts to secure the win.
