BRONX, N.Y. – Led by four top-10 finishers, the James Madison cross country team won the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship on Saturday for the second consecutive year.

The Dukes tallied 60 points with an average 5k time of 18:11.46. Senior
Carol Strock paced the Dukes for the second consecutive year in the race, as Strock finished second out of 210 runners with a time of 17:53.0. Sophomore

The Dukes have secured top-two finishes in the ECAC Championship Race six times in the last eight years, with four of the six years JMU has won the championship.
