    At JMU:  Fifth-year Duke and returning tight end starter and JMU’s third-leading receiver from a year ago... big receiver who had a solid spring practice period as a blocker and who should play a leading role in both the running and passing games, said tight end’s coach Josh Haymore... starts the 2009 season tied for 10th on JMU’s career TD receptions list (10).

     

    2009: Was elected Third-Team All CAA. Finished the season with 25 catches for 438 yards and  4 touchdowns. Tied career high in season-opener at Maryland with two recieving touchdowns... led team with three receptions for 52 yards... vs. VMI had three receptions for a career-high 145 yards and two TDs, which included a career-long 65-yard touchdown catch...vs Liberty had two receptions for 23 yards...vs Hofstra had one reception for eight yards...vs Villanova caught one pass for 19 yards...vs William and Mary had two receptions for five yards...vs Delaware had three receptions fro 71 yards...vs Maine had one catch for 10 yards...vs Umass had two receptions for 30 yards...vs Towson had seven catches for 75 yards.    

     

    2008: Starter throughout the season and had 18 catches for 231 yards... second on the team in touchdown receptions with five and averaged 12.8 yards per catch... had a season-high three receptions vs. William & Mary and two catches in five other games (Duke, North Carolina Central, Richmond, Towson, Villanova/NCAA)... had scoring receptions vs. North Carolina Central (8 yards), Richmond (8 yards), William & Mary (4 yards), Towson (5 yards) and Villanova (6 yards) in the NCAA playoffs... had a season-long catch of 36 yards at Towson, a 22-yarder vs. Massachusetts and a 20-yarder vs. North Carolina Central... returned five short kickoffs.

     

    2007: In 10 games tied for JMU's No. 3 overall receiving mark and was its leader among tight ends with 18 catches for 279 yards (15.5 average)... tied for the team lead with three touchdown receptions... had career highs of four catches and 96 receiving yards vs. New Hampshire... named to the Sports Media Entertainment Network's weekly honor roll after the game... had catches of 38 (career long), 23, 22 and 13 yards, all during JMU scoring drives... had touchdown grabs of 18 and 17 yards among three catches for 46 yards vs. Villanova... had a nine-yard touchdown reception and a 30-yard catch among three grabs for 51 yards at Rhode Island... had two catches vs. Towson and Coastal Carolina.

     

    2006: Caught five passes for 61 yards and two touchdowns in 10 games as a redshirt freshman... had an 11-yard touchdown catch vs. William & Mary... caught two passes for 32 yards, including a 14-yarder for a touchdown, at Youngstown State in the NCAA playoffs... had two catches for 18 yards, including a 15-yarder, vs. Bloomsburg.

     

    High School: Three-year wide receiver letterman at West Springfield... all-district and all-region as a senior and honorable mention all-district as a junior... set West Springfield's career receptions record... lettered three times in basketball and was on a regional qualifier as a junior.

     

    Personal: Kinesiology major with a sports management concentration.
