2006: Played in the final 10 games after missing the first two with a preseason injury... in the team's rotation at LB throughout the year and had 31 total tackles (15 solo, 4.5 for loss, 3 sacks)... broke up two passes... had a season-high seven stops vs. Rhode Island (2 for loss)... had 1.5 sacks vs. Rhode Island... had six tackles (three solo) vs. Delaware and four vs. William & Mary, Villanova, and Towson... forced a fumble and recovered two fumbles at Towson... set up JMU's first TD with a 26-yard fumble return at Towson and set up a second-half TD with his other recovery... had a solo sack at Towson and an assisted sack vs. Northeastern.

2005: Started each game during his first JMU playing season... second on the team in tackles (84)... had 31 solo stops and eight for loss... had six or more stops in nine of 11 games... had a career-high 12 stops (4 solo) and a shared tackle for loss vs. Towson... had 10 stops vs. Coastal Carolina (4 solo, 1 shared loss) and Maine (2 solo)...had nine stops, including a sack and another for loss, at Hofstra, and nine stops, including a shared stop for loss, at Massachusetts... had two stops for loss among four tackles vs. Delaware State... returned an interception 25 yards to set up the 23-yard TD drive that put JMU up 14-10 vs. Villanova... had seven stops vs. Villanova and was A-10 defensive co-player of the week.

Before JMU: First-team all-area by the Baltimore Sun and the Washington Post as a LB in 2001 at Oakland Mills High School ... county defensive player of the year... on offense ran for 1,500 yards and 25 TDs... played in 2002 at Bridgton (Maine) Academy.
