Brian is responsible for the administration of the Duke Club office including operations, budget, planning and implementation of policy for all athletic development efforts at JMU.

Brian joined the JMU Athletic Department in June 2011.  He received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1998 and his Masters in Sports Administration from UNC–Chapel Hill in 2002.  Prior to beginning his duties at JMU, Brian was Associate Athletic Director at Western Carolina University from 2008 – 2011.  Brian also served as a Major Gifts Officer at the 12^th Man Foundation at Texas A&M and Assistant Director of the Rams Club at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Brian and his wife, Jackie, live in Weyers Cave. They have two daughters, Allie and Katie.
