Mike is the founder and CEO of Battle Resource Management, Inc. BRMi is a professional services consulting firm that provides business and technology strategy and execution planning support for both government and commercial clients. Today, the firm primarily focuses its strategy services on Homeland Security issues and the needs of a variety of civilian government clients and is in the Washington Technology Fast 50 and Inc Magazine 500 fastest growing private companies . Prior to founding BRMi, for 20 years, Mike led organizations in operations management, sales and sales management, marketing and business strategy in government and commercial information technology.
Mike graduated from JMU in 1981 where he was a four year starter in football. He received an MBA from JMU as well. Mike has been a long time Duke Club member and also serves on the Executive Advisory Committee of JMU's College of Business. Mike co-chairs the board of the Center for Adoption Studies and Education and through BRMi, provides substantial support to non-profit organizations such as JMU's Cyber City Program, Teardrops to Rainbows and Aunt Hattie's Place-focused on serving the needs of children. Mike is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in Clarksville, Md.
