Kyle Yeager has been around college athletics his entire life. Yeager joined the Duke Club staff as the Director of Premium Seating and Corporate giving in July 2012. Kyle has been with JMU Athletics since June 2007 and moves from his position of Director of Business Relations into this newly formed position with the Duke Club. Kyle will oversee all Club & Suite operations and coordination of policies and stewardship for sales and renewals; oversee the creation and execution of Club & Suite events; be responsible for all gift-in-kind contribution and policy; and serve as staff liaison to the Shenandoah Valley Duke Club Chapter.
As the Director of Business Relations,Yeager assisted in premium seat and group ticket sales, was the liaison to Front Row Marketing, assisted in licensing for the Athletics department, in addition to working with all areas of external operations in various roles.
In June 2007, Yeager was named Director of Corporate Sales for JMU Athletics, allowing the Richmond, Virginia native to be closer to family and friends. In this role, he was able to raise revenue in both cash and trade each year.
From 2004-2007, Yeager worked for the Ohio Valley Conference based in Nashville. As the Director of External Affairs, Yeager was in charge of marketing, television, group tickets, web-streaming, and sponsorships.
Prior to his time at the OVC, Yeager worked for the NC State Wolfpack Club, the university's athletic fundraising arm, where he was the point person for the football and baseball brick campaign. He also assisted in the selling of lifetime seat right licenses for both football and basketball.
Yeager is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.S. in sports management, along with a M.S. in sports leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.
