As a redshirt freshman:

  • CAA Commissioner's Academic Award
  • JMU debut allowing an unearned run in 2/3 of an inning in season opener
  • 1 1/3 inning of relief with two strikeouts in Bucknell finale
  • After hits to first two batters faced, allowed just two walks to next 14 batters faced with six strikeouts vs. Mount St. Mary's
  • Pitched scoreless in ninth inning against GSU to earn first career save and first of the season for JMU in team's 24th game
  • Worked second-longest outing of the season, four innings, with two runs allowed in Delaware opener
  • Made first career start on the mound in Northeastern middle game and earned no decision with two runs allowed on five hits in five innings as JMU rallied for a 3-2 win
  • Career-best six innings in start against George Mason to earn first collegiate win
