Win Streak Ends at Six:
  The NCAA Tournament first-round loss to Princeton ended a six-game JMU winning streak.  That streak matched the team's longest stretch of wins of the season.  The Dukes won their first six games of 2011 before losing 11-7 at Loyola on March 19.
     The school record for consecutive victories is 11, by the 2004 team.

Dukes in the National Stats:  In the latest
NCAA National Statistics (games through May 15), redshirt junior goalkeeper Alex Menghetti is 15th in goals-against average (8.96), junior Monica Zabel is 18th in total assists (27) and 32nd in assist average (1.42) and redshirt sophomore Casey Ancarrow is 48th in points (59), 71st in goals average (2.26) and 74th in points average (3.11).
     The Dukes are ranked eighth in the nation in scoring defense (8.58), 16th in draw control average (13.37) and 20th in scoring margin (+2.63).
     NOTE:  The NCAA calculates team defense based on a different formula than the CAA or JMU.
