CAA Standings:  JMU and Towson are tied for first in the
CAA standings, both with 5-0 records, and both have clinched berths in the CAA Tournament, which will be hosted by the first-place team on April 27 and 29.
Hofstra (3-2) is in third place, followed by Delaware and Drexel, which are tied for fourth with 2-3 records.  Old Dominion, George Mason and William and Mary are tied for fifth with 1-4 records.
The top four teams in the final league standings qualify for the tournament.

Zabel, Ancarrow Lead CAA in Offense:  Senior Monica Zabel is the CAA leader in assists (2.8 avg.) and points (4.3), and redshirt junior Casey Ancarrow is the league leader in goals (2.6).
Zabel ranks fourth in the NCAA in total assists (39) and fifth in assist average.

Zabel Claims Career Assists Record:  Senior Monica Zabel has set the JMU career assists record with 111.
Zabel claimed the record in JMU's April 15 win at Old Dominion, where she handed out two assists.  Her pass to Kaci Starkloff for a goal with 6:59 left in the first half gave her 110 assists, breaking the school record of 109 set by Megan Riley ('99).  Zabel got her 111th career assist in the second half of the ODU game.
Zabel has also increased her career points total to 181 and has moved into 10th place on JMU's career points list.

Ancarrow Points Streak Ends at 55:  Redshirt junior attacker Casey Ancarrow had either a goal or an assist in each of her first 55 career games.  She failed to score or get an assist in her 56th game, April 13 vs. William and Mary.  Ancarrow played only briefly in the first half of that contest before an injury forced her to be sidelined for the remainder of the game.
