Former JMU standout linebacker Arthur Moats is a finalist for the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week honors. Fans can click the link below and vote through Friday at noon for Moats.
In Week 14 against Cleveland, Moats had three tackles and a sack that forced a key fumble in the fourth quarter leading to an insurance field goal for the Bills in their 13-6 victory.
