  • Tied her career-high with four goals and eight points in Madison's 7-1 win over Delaware

As a freshman:

  • In the CAA, finished tied for seventh in points (27), eighth in points per game (1.42), tied for fifth in goals (13), sixth in goals per game (0.68), and tied for third in game-winning goals (4)
  • Made freshman debut in the 1-0 win over Ohio State
  • Recorded first and second career goals (one game-winning) in the 3-2 win over Kent State recorded first assist in 4-1 loss to Michigan State
  • Recorded both goals in 2-1 win over Towson, including the game-winner that came on a penalty stroke in overtime
  • Scored four goals on nine shots in 8-1 win over Radford, posted the 20th game with at least four goals by a JMU player in program history
  • Scored her fourth game-winner and 13th goal of the season in 3-2 overtime win against Northeastern, moved her into a tie for third all-time in freshman game-winning goals, tied for third all-time in freshman points (27), and third all-time in freshman goals

Why did you choose JMU?
I fell in love with the campus

What are your goals for the 2010 season?
 To grow as a team and win

What are your favorite things to do off the field?
 Hang out with the team, relax, and going to the movies

What is your favorite JMU field hockey moment?
Having Erica [Henderson] do my hair!

What is the best class you have taken at JMU?
GKIN with [teammates] Margo, Kerrie, and Courtney

Where is your favorite place you have visited and where would you like to visit?
I enjoyed touring Denmark for a week but I'd really like to go to Greece one day

What is something that most people do not know about you?
I have a million pairs of tennis shoes that I keep clean all time

What is your most prized possession?
My puppy dog Chase!

Where is your favorite place to eat on campus at JMU? 
Dukes

What is the best advice you have received?
Keep moving forward, keep the momentum going, and know that soon, you too will be looking back, only to see how far you have come and how much you have changed

What advice would you give a prospective recruit?
Never give up on your dreams

What is your favorite JMU sport to watch besides field hockey?
Basketball

What is your favorite professional sports team?
Philadelphia Phillies!!

What do you like about Harrisonburg?
Everything is close together and you do not have to travel far for one thing

What is your lucky number?
Never really had a lucky number, but playing field hockey growing up, I always wanted number 47
