This is one of a series introducing the JMU women's soccer freshman class of 2010. The features will appear every Tuesday on jmusports.com.

My dream job is to open my own physical therapy practice.

I chose to come to JMU because of the high level of soccer and beautiful state-of-the-art campus with courses to help me pursue my intended major.

My favorite non-soccer memory is spending summers at the lake with my friends.

My favorite soccer memory is winning the Under-20 Super-Y League Nationals on my 16th birthday.

Something about me that would surprise people is at the very start of my soccer career I was positioned as a forward.

The accomplishment of which I am proudest is recovering from my ACL knee repair and continuing to excel in athletics.

My favorite thing about playing soccer is the thrill of competition.

A quote that inspires/motivates me is "Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

A person who is an inspiration to me is my brother, James, because of his positive leadership on and off the field.
