Both records were previously held by Jessie Everett (2007-11) and Helfrich now owns the JMU record in both diving events.
The 2011 CAA Diver of the Year also finished first on the three-meter board, scoring a 304.75. She was the only participant to break 300 points in the event.
Drexel’s Lauren Faykes and Old Dominion’s Kimberly Rashleigh joined Helfrich as the CAA’s weekly award winners. They were named the conference co-Swimmers of the Week.
