BLACKSBURG, Va. - The James Madison women's tennis team wrapped up the fall tournament slate on Sunday morning at the ITA Atlantic Regionals in Blacksburg, Va.
Sophomore Taylor Pinchoff (Sylvan Lake, Mich./West Bloomfield) advanced to Sunday's round-of-32 singles competition off a Saturday victory over Marshall's Kai Broomfield. In her Sunday match-up, Pinchoff fell 6-1, 6-1 to Howard's Katelyn Stokes.
The sophomore finishes her singles play this fall at 10-2. As a whole, the Dukes went 38-16 in fall singles matches and 22-7 in fall doubles matches.
Madison returns to the courts Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, to begin its spring dual season. The Dukes take on Appalachian State at 9 a.m. and conference-foe George Mason at 1 p.m. in White Sulphur Springs, W. Va.
