The Duke Club Rep Program is comprised of individuals who recruit new members to the Duke Club, steward current donors, and host annual fundraising events in their area. The Rep program is an opportunity for donors to have an even bigger impact on our program, while meeting others in your area who want to do the same. Our Duke Club Reps meet regularly with JMU staff and coaches, receives extra benefits, and take joy in spreading Duke Dog Pride.
The event began with speeches from Andrey Semenov (R-Sr, Men's Basketball) and Mickey Dean (Head Coach, Softball) regarding life within JMU Athletics and how their success is due in large part to the support of Duke Club members. Afterwards, members of the Duke Club staff gave a presentation on the 2013 guidelines and offered ideas on how to reach out to prospective new members.
The event concluded with the annual awards ceremony where the top chapters and reps are recognized for the work they have done over the past year. This year's winners included:
