The Dukes' forward scored the game-winning goal in overtime as JMU beat Georgia State 2-1 on Oct. 28 at University Park.
Grant tallied his fourth game-winning goal of the year and his sixth overall goal of the season. He ranks second on the team in scoring.
JMU extended its unbeaten streak to five games (4-0-1) and improved its overall record to 8-5-3 and its CAA record to 5-1-2. The Dukes play their final regular-season game on Nov. 2 at Drexel and will then play in the six-team CAA Tournament, scheduled for Nov. 5, 8 and 10.
