HARRISONBURG, Va., March 31, 2011 - The James Madison tennis team will be in action on Friday afternoon, as it takes on Colonial Athletic Association foe Delaware at Old Dominion's Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center in Norfolk, Va., at 1 p.m.

The Dukes, winners of their last two matches, comes in to this weekend with a record of 8-5 after picking up a 4-3 victory last Saturday at Longwood. JMU will be looking to pick up its first conference victory, as it is 0-2 in conference play, with losses at No. 75 William and Mary (6-1, Jan. 16) and at Old Dominion (5-2, Feb. 6).

The Blue Hens are 6-4 this season and 1-2 in matches played against other CAA opponents. On Tuesday, UD blanked Norfolk State 7-0 in Norfolk, Va., to end a two-match losing skid.

Last season, the two met in Towson, Md., on March 26, 2010, and the Dukes took a 4-3 win against the Hens. The last two dual matches between the two have been 4-3 decisions.

JMU was supposed to host Liberty Thursday, but potential rain forced the two teams to reschedule the match. That match will now be played on April 17 at Hillside Courts as JMU's regular-season finale.
