The best piece of advice I’ve received is, from my high school coach, Ron Glennon:  Don't worry about the competition, focus on yourself.

I chose to come to JMU because of the beautiful area, friendly people and to get out of the New England area.

My favorite non-track and field memory is my whole high school career; it was a blast.

My favorite track and field memory is making All-American at my last high school meet.
