Advertising Guidelines

Print Ads
Resolution should be 300 dpi or higher, so the ad can be adjusted to 300 dpi. Acceptable file formats include the following: tiff, jpeg, eps, gift, and pdf.  Please review the list below and specs to the right for ad size options.

  • Full Page - 7.85" (w) x 10.5" (h)
  • Half Page Vertical - 3.9" (w) x 10.5" (h)
  • Half Page Horizontal - 7.85" (w) x 5.25" (h)
  • Quarter Page Vertical - 3.9" (w) x 5.25" (h)
  • Quarter Page Horizontal - 7.85" (w) x 2.5" (h)
  • Merchants for Madison - 3.6" (w) x 1.25" (h)
Radio Specifications
Preferred delivery method is in MP3 or WAV file through email.  Hard compact disc is also accepted.

Deadlines
Ads must be received by February 1 for spring sports, July 15 for fall sports, and October 25 for basketball.
