2012 NCAA FCS Playoff selections will be announced Sunday, November 18 at 1:30 p.m. on ESPNU.

If JMU hosts NCAA FCS playoff games in Bridgeforth Stadium…

We recommend ordering your tickets and parking online after the games are determined on November 18.

• Online sales will begin at 4:00 p.m. on November 18. 
• Tickets can be pre-ordered by phone or in person now. Tickets can only be pre-ordered using a credit card.  Credit cards will not be charged until JMU is selected to host a game(s).
  

Club Season Ticket Holder Information

Club seats will be automatically ordered for all home playoff games and billed to the credit card on file.  If you do not want your seats for any game, you must cancel your order by 5 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the game.  You can decline your seats online at JMUSports.com/tickets, by phone at 540-568-3853, or in person at the Athletic Ticket Office. Online cancellations and ticket orders will be available at 4:00 p.m. on November 18.

• Tickets and parking will be delivered via email for you to print at home.  Tickets can be held at will call for an additional fee.  We strongly encourage Print at Home delivery by email.
• You will receive a new parking pass for your regular season parking location for each playoff game hosted at Bridgeforth Stadium.  It will be sent via email with your tickets for Print at Home delivery.
• Season ticket holders’ seat locations will be guaranteed if orders are received by 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the game (see schedule below).
• Seat upgrades and moves may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. All requests will be assigned in order of Duke Club Priority after the 5:00 p.m. Priority Deadline.

• Duke Club Priority Points will determine ticket locations and order fulfillment for away games.
• Order quantities may be limited and will vary based on our allotment for each game.
• Call or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office the week prior to the game to make your order. (See hours below)
• Check JMUSports.com/tickets for the most current ticket information and to order tickets online.
• Tickets will not be mailed; please plan on picking up your tickets in advance or on game day.

 Priority Deadline and Ticket Pickup Schedule:

• Preorder by the priority deadline(s) listed below in order to guarantee season ticket seat locations and/or to utilize Duke Club Priority for each home game hosted at Bridgeforth Stadium.  If you do not select Print at Home delivery via email, tickets will be available for pickup as described below.
