    The best piece of advice I've received is (in track) have fun.  I have to be reminded because sometimes I take things too seriously.

    My favorite non-track and field memory is vacationing in Las Vegas and being able to see the Grand Canyon.

    My favorite track and field memory is winning the state title in discus my junior year.

    Something about me that would surprise people is I have a twin brother.

    The accomplishment of which I am proudest is throwing the discus 140 feet in high school.

    My favorite thing about track and field is throwing in meets because you finally get to see results after all your hard work in practice.

    A quote that inspires/motivates me is "Motivation almost always beats mere talent."

    A person who is an inspiration to me is my dad because he's always trying to help anyone he can and he's the most selfless person I know.

    The one thing I will miss most about my hometown is my family.
