    The best piece of advice I've received is (from my coach) leave everything on the track.

    My favorite non-track and field memory is going to Hawaii with my family for summer vacation.

    My favorite track and field memory is working with my 4x100 relay team during post-season (districts, states, nationals).

    The accomplishment of which I am proudest is becoming Athlete of the Meet in the Keystone State Games track and field meet.

    My favorite thing about track and field is being able to improve myself individually, as well being able to work with a team on a relay.

    A quote that inspires/motivates me is "Live the life you love and love the life you live."

    A person who is an inspiration to me is Hyleas Fountain because she graduated from my high school and became a track and field Olympian.

    The one thing I will miss most about my hometown is my family and friends.
