    The best piece of advice I've received is (from my father) you can't beat everybody, but you can always beat yourself.

    My favorite track and field memory is going out to eat with the team and announcing the coach's birthday when it really wasn't the coach's birthday.

    Something about me that would surprise people is I try my best at everything even if it's new to me and I learn very quickly.

    The accomplishment of which I am proudest is winning a state championship my freshman year of high school.

    My favorite thing about track and field is hanging out after practices with teammates and traveling to different places.

    A quote that inspires/motivates me is "I am. I will. I can."

    A person who is an inspiration to me is my father, James Lott because he became a very successful adult and always keeps us headed on the right path.

    The one thing I will miss most about my hometown is my close friends that I will be leaving behind.
