October 19, 2012 - Emily Cole is a freshman nursing major from Stafford, Va. The two-time cross country team captain for North Stafford H.S. helped lead the squad to the 2011 Northwest Regionals championship as well as competed in the Foot Locker South Regional Cross Country Championships meet as a senior.
