As a freshman:

• Appeared in 18 games, starting all 18 of them
• CAA All-Rookie Team
• Finished second on the team in defensive saves (1) and game-winning goals (1)
• Made her collegiate debut against Vermont
• Recorded her first goal in a 1-0 win over Davidson

Before JMU:

• Played for the Royal Evere White Star Hockey Club at the highest national level in Belgium
• Started field hockey at Surbiton Hockey Club in England
• Belgian National selection since age 13, participating in two European Cups
• 2010 Player of the Year for hockey club White Star

Personal:

• Daughter of Gerard Stinjtjes and Brigitte Roos
• Plays the recorder and clarinet
• Has also played tennis and gymnastics
